300g unrefined salt
6 pcs garlic
2 pcs laurel leaves
2 pcs star anise
2 pcs thyme
3g cinnamon sticks
1 pc lemon
10g pepper

Wash and clean the tiger prawns.

Mince the garlic and cut lemons into small pieces

Add unrefined salt into a large frying pan, heat until hot.

Add black pepper, laurel leaves, star anise, thyme and garlic in and stir fry them together.

Add the prawns and lemon pieces into the pan. Simmer for 5 mins then turn off the heat.

Keep the lid closed for 10 mins so the prawns are entirely cooked.

Squeeze lemon drops on top of the prawns and serve.
