50g beef
2 pcs egg
600g macaroni
1 pc carrot
1/2 pc onion
200g green bean
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic minced

Wash beef, mince, marinate with fish sauce, pepper, and garlic. Leave to absorb ingredients. Wash and dice onions and marinate together with the beef.

Wash carrot and green beans, chop into small pieces

Whip egg and add 1/2 tsp fish sauce

Cooking 1

Boil to soften macaroni. Dip carrot and green bean in boiling water quickly. Heat your frying pan, add 1 tsp cooking oil and stir fry beef until just cooked, add carrots and green beans in and continue frying.

Add macaroni into the pan and stir fry together, add salt and season to your taste. Pour the remaining oil on top to create a shiny, soft looking texture for the macaroni.

Fry an egg (thin texture) cut into triangle pieces and decorate on the plate. Serve with the beef macaroni.
