Mì Quảng (Quang Style Noodle Soup) is a traditional dish of people from the Quảng Nam province. Today we will show you how to cook Mì Quảng dish with pork and fresh prawns. Its combines a delightfully savory soup base, sweet taste from pork meat and prawns, a little chewy but soft Quảng noodle and eye-catching fresh herbs.

Cooking the brothHeat 2 tbsp cooking oil, add 10g onions and stir fried until they turned brown and aromatic. After that add marinated pork and prawns and stir fry, add 1 litre of soup base and close the lid. Cook under premium heat. When the broth is boiling, season with ½ tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ seasoning powder, and ½ turmeric extract. Use a spoon to mix well, continue to cook until the broth boils again, add 10 quail eggs and continue to cook for 2 more minutes. |

ServeDip the noodle in boiling water quickly and let dry. Place pork and quail eggs in the bowl, sprinkle spring onions, onions, and peanuts.
