15g gelatin powder
1 tsp lemonade
150g apple sauce sugar-free

Prepare a tray for making the marshmallows. Add 400g sugar, apple sauce, green Jell-O powder, 15g gelatin powder and lemonade into a pot, stir well and leave for 1 minutes. After that, bring to a boil for 1 minute while still stirring. When the mixture has fully dissolved, turn off the heat and let cool for a short while. Do the same thing with the red Jell-O powder.

Pour the jelly mixture into a rectangular-shaped mold, place in the fridge and wait for it to completely set.

Place a piece of paper on a flat surface and spread 100g sugar evenly on top. Extract the jelly and place it on the sugar coated paper. Use Christmas shaped molds to make your favorite marshmallows, then carefully roll them so that they are coated in a thin layer of sugar.

Place the marshmallows on a plate to enjoy with your friends and family or put them in nicely decorated bags to give away as Christmas treats. Have a very merry X-mas!
