1 tbsp fermented bean paste
10g brown sugar
1 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp seasoning powder
2 tbsp cooking oil

Wash and clean chicken feet, take out nails, chop into halves. After that, boil chicken feet in water mixed with white wine for about 5 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp cooking oil and brown sugar into a frying pan, turn on the heat, stir fry until the sugar changes into a light yellowish color.

Add 1 tbsp fermented bean paste, stir well. Add chicken feet in and stir well so they are evenly soaked with sauce.

Pour 1/2 bowl of water into the pan and simmer on lower heat. When the water boils, add 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tsp seasoning powder. Continue to brew for 5 minutes more.

When the water has dried out and forms a sticky texture, turn off the heat. Arrange on a plate nicely and enjoy with hot rice and vegetables (optional).
