500g fillets snakehead
2 tsp olive oil
3 pcs garlic
10g rosemary
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemonade
1 tbsp bread crumbs
1 pc lemon

Rosemary is a commonly used ingredient in western food. In Vietnam, Grilled Fish with Rosemary is a fusion dish that combines the tastes of east and west, for an unforgettable culinary experience. This dish is also surprisingly easy to make. Let’s start!

Preparation

Wash and leave to dry. Spray a thin layer of oil on each slice of fish. Preheat the oven. Cut lemons into slices for decoration later.

Rub a coffee spoon of olive oil together with rosemary, minced garlic, salt and pepper onto the fish to marinate it.

Cooking

Place the side of the fish that has skin on an aluminum foil-covered plate. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Rub the remaining olive oil onto the surface of the fish. Place inside the oven and grill for 15-20 minutes.

When the fish is golden, flip to the other side and continue grilling.

Place fish onto plates when cooked. Serve. You can decorate the plates with some lemon slices.
