4 loaves baguette
100mg vanilla powder
400ml coconut milk
440ml milk sweeten
5 tbsp sugar
1 pc egg
1/2 tsp salt
100g butter
2 tbsp rum

Preparation

Coin dice the bananas (the riper the bananas, the better the taste). Marinate these with rum and sugar. Let the sugar dissolve completely before placing into the fridge and marinate overnight.

Tear the baguettes into small pieces like in the photo.

Mix milk with coconut milk, butter and a little salt and sprinkle the vanilla powder into another bowl.

Pour this mixture into the bowl of shredded baguette, mix well.

Check to see if the taste is sweet enough before adding beaten eggs into the bowl.

After that, add 2/3 of the marinated bananas into the baguette mixture. Stir and mix well.

Turn on the oven and heat for 10 minutes at 170-230ºC before grilling. Cover the bottom of the mold with baking paper, paste butter around the mold's inner layer. Pour the mixture in evenly.

Arrange the remaining 1/3 of the marinated bananas on top for decoration. Place the mold into the oven and grill for 60 minutes, after that continue for 10-20 minutes more (depending on your oven)

Turn off the oven. Let the cake cool completely inside the oven before taking it out. Place into the fridge and leave overnight.

Serve

After one night, take out the cake. It is now ready and can be sliced and serve with some accompanying fruits. Enjoy!
